Have you ever felt that tug on your heart to help in a way, maybe outside your norm? A desire to live somewhere else to work daily helping people?
Amoveo Group exists to see broken systems fixed in communities all over the world. In the post-pandemic world, those systems have changed. Even now, COVID has turned the life of many upside down. The needs have changed, but also the opportunities for people to work with us using their unique skills and passions to help.
You might be asking: where would one even start? Below are some of the projects we need people on the ground helping with right now.
The Oasis Boy’s Home in Ensenada, Mexico is growing by adding a home for kids with special needs. It would be a big help if we had a person or family on the ground, full-time, there to help coordinate the building of this new home.
In Philadelphia, we currently run four food banks. We are also looking to restart a once-thriving daycare that serves low-income internationals and refugees. Leadership is critical to both of these efforts. We believe, someone on the ground coordinating people, resources, and motivating volunteers would skyrocket the effectiveness of our Philadelphia work.
In Ireland, our team needs help to start and run the before and after school programs if the community center dream will ever be fulfilled.
