This week was created to maximize a long lasting impact for our youth and a productive and rewarding experience for the participants.! In this setting, the participants (missionaries)will have the opportunity to serve while they learn the culture from within by creating positive relationships with the locals and experiencing multiple landscapes.How You'll Serve
This is a mixed trip, participants will have the opportunity to do light construction, set up the facilities for the camp and more before the camp (monday-Wednesday).
Starting on Thursday, participants between 13 and 22 will participate as regular attendee in the camp, and over 22 will become support staff for the camp.
the support staff will serve according to the abilities that the participants bring, media, cleaning, teaching, handyman, craft prep and more.!
Where You'll Stay
participants will stay at a school facility on air mattress, no air conditioning, no hot water (pure missionary style)
the participants must bring a personal use air mattress as small as comfortably possible.!

Typical Schedule
monday : Arrival at STI (Santiago International Airport,Dominican Republic.), orientation, dinner
tuesday-Wednesday :
7:30 breakfast
8:00-3:00 work Projects, set up for the youth camp, decoration, craft prep, cleaning and such. Lunch on site.
(Thursday morning : tour on a chocolate factory, optional)
Thursday 5:00: incorporate into the youth camp
Thursday-sunday: youth camp
19:00 opening service
Friday and Saturday:
8:00 breakfast
9:00 morning activities (teachings, games)
12:00 lunch
13:00-15:00 free time
15:00 Afternoon activities
18:30 Dinner
20:00 Night event
23:00 Lights out
sunday:
7:00 Breakfast
8:00 Final event of the camp.
10:00 Kids service (optional)
